ஆக்டிசெரா (Actizera) என்பது நீலன்கள் எனப்படும் லைகேனிடே பட்டாம்பூச்சிகள் குடும்பத்தில் உள்ள ஒரு பேரினமாகும். இவை ஆப்பிரிக்க வெப்ப மண்டலப் பகுதிகளில் காணப்படுகின்றன.
