தாமசு ஆபிசு
தாமசு ஆபீசு (Thomas Hobbes of Malmesbury, ஏப்ரல் 5, 1588 – திசம்பர் 4, 1679), சில பழைய நூல்களில் தாமசு ஆப்சு (Thomas Hobbs of Malmsbury),[1] ஓர் ஆங்கில மெய்யியலாளர் ஆவார். அவரது அரசியல் தத்துவம் குறித்த படைப்புக்களுக்காக மிகவும் அறியப்பட்டவர். அவரது 1651 நூல் லெவியாதன் பெரும்பாலான சமூக உடன்பாட்டுக் கோட்பாடு நோக்கில் அமைந்த மேற்கத்திய அரசியல் மெய்யியலுக்கு அடித்தளம் இட்டது.[2]
